Commonly asked questions and answers. If you don't see your question answered below, please refer to More > Policies, or contact me.
How do I prepare the home?
Please view, download, and share the Preparation Guide (More > Preparation Guide) with your seller and ensure all tasks are completed a day before the session.

I understand it is an exhaustive list, but every task has a reason. My job is to ensure the best visual representation of the property, and this guide plays a critical role in helping me achieve that goal.

This amount of preparation is also great for preparing the home for showings.
Do I need to be present during the session?
Flambient photography takes more time onsite. This is a normal amount of time, whereas 'HDR' photography is abnormally quick.

Either way, no, you are not required to be onsite. I have Supra access and am fine meeting your seller. You can trust me to professionally represent you with friendly and communicative introductions and instructions with your seller.

Please note that my interpretation of the project is deemed adequate in your absence.
How long does it take?
As mentioned, flambient photography takes more time onsite than quick HDR photography. Time onsite ranges between 90 minutes and 2.5 hours. Perhaps more for larger homes or orders with aerial photography, floorplans, and other add-ons.

You will receive an email confirmation with a calendar invite for the time required onsite. If you are checking out through the website, this time will also be shown to you.
How many photos are included?
It ranges from a maximum of 20 photos for properties under 1,000 sq. ft. to 35 photos for over 4,000 sq. ft.

For very large or custom properties, I recommend adding 15 photos for $125.
Is editing included?
Yes, editing is included in your price, including sky swaps if necessary. Virtual staging and virtual twilights are an additional $25 and $50 per image, respectively. Major retouches may require additional payment, billed at cost.
How and when are photos delivered?
You'll recieve a download link via email before Noon the following business day for all photography, including floorplans, virtual staging, and virtual twilights.

Videos are delivered within 3 business days.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Otherwise, a $75 fee may apply.

One same-day reschedule fee is waived per year, not including cancellations.

In inclement weather, interior work may be completed with a follow-up the next day for exterior photos. In severe weather, same-day change fees are waived, and priority rescheduling for the next available day is provided.
How do I pay?
Payment is submitted through Stripe. Once a session is confirmed, an invoice is generated and emailed to you.

Payment is required to download photos since copyright licensing does not occur until payment has been received.
Can I order for rentals (short and long-term)?
Yes. The same technique and principles apply to any home.
Is there a travel fee?
It depends. Sessions within 25 miles of 521 S 500 E, American Fork, 84003, do not incur a distance surcharge. A $2 per mile, one-way surcharge applies between 26-50 miles, my maximum service range.
Will my prices stay the same?
New client pricing will increase periodically. Your pricing at the time of your first session is guaranteed if you complete two sessions per rolling 12 months, up to a 30% max discount off current new client pricing.
Who owns the copyright?
